Yoga Retreats are ideal for those wishing to nurture and refresh themselves and to concentrate more intensively during a day of Yoga and Relaxation. These mini-retreats are suitable for all, including complete beginners. Our yoga retreats are planned so that, between breaks and lunch, each session is varied and complete in itself; there will be relaxation and visualisation to help reach a greater depth of balance and self-awareness.
We will be working with body position and the breath, as well as using our mind as we focus attention on each part. This can help us to ‘listen’ more intuitively as we go with the natural flow of our energies, thereby finding more enjoyment in all areas of our life.
