Founder and Spiritual Head of the
Self Realization Meditation Healing Centres
Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma is the Guru and Spiritual Head of the Self Realization Meditation Healing Centres, which Mataji founded with her partner Peter Sevananda.
After a varied early life Mataji met Paramahansa Yogananda, and was opened to her true spiritual self and her work.
Mataji has founded the Centres to give unconditional love and teaching to help all to Self–Realization. Mataji is still based in the U.K. but travels extensively to meet the many devotees. The Centres are now run by the Alpha–Omega family, who have been trained to continue Mataji's work, the foremost part of this being the teaching of Pure Meditation (including Raja~Kriya Yoga) and other aids to the Realization of ourselves.
Mataji has also written books and recorded CDs, audio tapes and videos to help us to find the spiritual realities of life.
